Teeth veneers are one of the easiest ways to improve the appearance of a personâs smile. Unfortunately, the placement of traditional veneers involves grinding down of healthy tooth structure, while many custom and ultra-thin veneer products can be expensive. Press On Veneers is one of the new, exciting innovations that are promising to offer a more affordable, much faster, and easier alternative to these more traditional options.
What Are Dental Veneers (press on teeth veneers)?
Press On Veneers, also known as snap on veneers, are temporary, removable dental devices that provide the appearance of a perfect smile. They are essentially very thin contact- lens-type veneers that are bonded onto the outer surfaces of teeth. But, unlike those ultra-thin porcelain veneer products, these veneers are made of specialized resin material that allows for an extremely conservative and preservative approach to improving smile. They help to mask stains, gaps, misalignment, missing, chipped or broken teeth and other problems that may be caused by lifestyle, accidents or genetics. If youâre suffering from any of these dental problems, then you may want to consider these temporary veneers.
How Do Press On Veneers Work?
Getting Press On Veneers is an easy and painless process. Actually, you can order them online, straight from the lab. Thatâs right â no trip to the dentist!
When you place an order, a âself-impressionâ kit will be sent to you from the lab. This kit will include two trays, putty and instructions on how to take your dental impression and how to post it back to them. Taking the impressions of your teeth is easy, and all youâll need to do is to bite the putty or wax block and post the kit back to the lab. Once the lab receives the impressions of your teeth, the veneer production process will begin. This process takes around 12 days, and theyâll custom-make your veneers based on your current teeth and your treatment goals. Youâll also be able to choose a specific shade to go with your veneers. When they are ready, the veneers are mailed back to you so you can put them on. They will fit over your teeth without the need for any preparatory work or help of a professional.
What Are The  Of Press On Veneers?
The main benefit that comes with these veneers is their ability to improve smile at a fraction of the cost. Traditional veneers can set you back anywhere from $5000 to $10000, while removable, ultra-thin porcelain veneer products cost about $1600 â $3500 per arch. The micro-thin Press On Veneers, on the other hand, cost around $795 per arch (upper or lower) and, therefore, provide probably the cheapest form of veneers available on the market today. You donât have to spend thousands of dollars to mask teeth imperfections. All you need is snap on veneers and youâll be good to go.
Another major benefit of Snap On Veneers is that they involve a procedure which is non-invasive and completely irreversible. Traditional veneers involve a more invasive procedure that includes extensive grinding down of tooth structure to accommodate the veneers. The treatment may take months to complete, requiring multiple shots and many time-consuming dentist appointments. Snap on veneers, on the other hand, are only a cosmetic vanity aid and their installation is 100% pain-free.
These veneers fit right over the top of your teeth like a mouthguard, instantly transforming the appearance of your smile. They are very effective at concealing tooth imperfections, such as stains, gaps, chips, missing or broken teeth, etc., and will give you a beautiful smile that you can be proud of.
Conveniently, these veneers are removable and you can easily take them off whenever you want to without the assistance of a dentist.
The fact that you can order Press On Veneers online is also another big attraction for many who opt for these dental devices. With these Do-It-Yourself snap on veneers, you donât have to leave the comfort of your home to get veneers and improve your smile. All you have to do is to order your self-impression kit and take an impression of your teeth right at home. The lab will provide you with everything you need and itâll only take a few minutes to complete. Once you have completed taking your teethâs impression, mail it back to the lab and theyâll create your custom fit veneers within two weeks.
While these veneers wonât correct or address any underlying dental problems that you may have, they offer a quick, easy and relatively inexpensive way to conceal imperfections. They provide a convenient solution that can improve the appearance of your smile with an instantly customized fit. Press On Veneers can be particularly helpful when you need to look your best, such as for a job interview, graduation or wedding. In fact, most people use them for such occasions. But you can wear them however you want â be it occasionally or every day. The best thing about them is that you can eat, drink, talk and go about your day as usual, but with a perfect smile. The resin material used to make these veneers is very tough, durable and non-staining. It also polishes beautifully, allowing you to enjoy an instant smile makeover. So you donât have to worry about food stains, cigarette smoke, and so on.
But youâll still need to take good care of them to ensure durability. When used properly, these micro-thin veneers can last up to 2 years. But if you grind your teeth, eat lots of toffees or misuse them in another manner, theyâll definitely snap. The length of time your veneers will last will depend on you (or how you use them). Nonetheless, should they snap, you can always order replacement arches at a reasonable price. The lab will keep a master copy of your teeth impressions so if you need a spare set you can always get one by simply placing an order.
To ensure the durability of your veneers, make sure theyâre properly cleaned before each use. Use a toothbrush and toothpaste to clean your snap on veneers and then rinse them with cold water. Donât use hot or boiling water, as it could ruin your devices. If youâre a smoker, be sure to soak your devices in a cleaning solution over night to keep them white and shiny.
Anybody use or have used removable veneers? What company did you use? What is your feedback on your experience with them? How much did you spend? I was looking into Secret Veneers brand. Anyone use this?
I have real veneers that took about a month from start to finish. The longest part was waiting for the veneers to come in from the distributor.
I know you said you see a dentist regularly but have you asked them about removable veneers? I used a cosmetic dentist who specializes in veneers, whitening, adult braces etc. She does you normal day to day dentistry work too but its a niche specialty. If you haven’t spoken to someone who does cosmetic dentistry Id recommend that and they may be able to assist you in ordering the removable ones or give you other options.
